Happy Hearts Daycare (Owen Sound) Inc., has opted-in to the Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care Agreement with the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario. As of November 1, 2022, posted rates will be reduced by 25% to a minimum of $12.00/day from our base fees. Please note that we will be reviewing our agreement annually and will provide parents 60 days notice if we are opting out of the program.
